This is my first time coming across fried carrot cake that is vegetarian. I was hesitating a little but decided to give it a try. It is a very delicious plate of fried carrot cake. The carrot cake is very soft and there is ample wok hei.

This hawker stall serves vegetarian fried carrot cake that is not easy to find. Both white and black versions are available. Ordered black version of fried carrot cake which was soft and had a wonderful fragrance with charred bits. Please inform them if not taking eggs.
