One of the Chinese Vegetarian Stalls here at Holland Drive Market & Food Centre that serves good vegan, allium-free food. Price is reasonable too, my Vermicelli with 2 veggies and Tofu costs only $4.20.

Surprisingly this stall wasn't as crowded compared to the opposite stall which saw long queue. I believe due to the pricing difference.

Food tasted clean. Not too oily or salty. Better if they do not use styrofoam in their stall so as to be truly green & healthy.
