Such a rare find to get a Mexican-influenced vegan restaurant in the heart of town area! Decor is a mix of antiques, collections of wooden furniture hacienda-style.
This place is really a sanctuary, its vibe is calming and the atmosphere is serene. The staff is very polite and friendly. The food here is extremely delicious! The air fried mushrooms were slightly crispy and flavorful.
One of the biggest highlights of Ahimsa Sanctuary is definitely the atmosphere. The space is beautiful, relaxing, and has a very calming vibe. I visited at night, but I honestly think it would be even more stunning during the day.
