I was walking in the International Business Park. I did not expect that there will be quite a number of food stalls in the Business Park. Then I stumbled upon this ICON building.

Glad that is open on 4th day of CNY. Ate noodle with 4 dishes and taste goods though the veg are cold. With mala bean curd add-on cost $5.90 quite reasonable.
