Sizzling Hotstone Bibimbap: If you want something rustic and deeply satisfying, their Dolsot Lion Mane Mushroom Bibimbap arrives in a crackling hot stone bowl. Crisping up the rice at the bottom creates a wonderful texture, and the meaty bite of the lion's mane mushrooms is incredibly hearty.
