Kek Lok Si Vegetarian Restaurant

This restaurant is located in a obscure location, a floor below the first temple. We had to ask the security to find the location. The food is average at a cheap price. The place is spacious and has tables suitable for large groups. They accept only cash and no cards.

We had the set meal which is good for 2-3 persons. Only RM39 for 3 dishes + 1 soup, and rice. Chrysanthemum tea was a separate charge. The food was good. Surprised that our favorite dish was the plain looking stir fried leafy green.

100% vegan. Exceptionally cooked food. The chef has to be one of the best we've come across. Even the carrots were sweet and crunchy but cooked.
